By accessing or using the GameVault platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Each user may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited.

GameVault provides a platform for purchasing digital game top-ups, in-game currencies, and related digital products ("Products") for various supported games.

We act as an intermediary between users and game publishers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher unless explicitly stated.

Product availability, pricing, and delivery times may vary based on game publisher policies, regional availability, and market conditions.

We utilize a dynamic pricing engine that adjusts prices based on market conditions. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are final for that transaction.

All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the platform. Prices include applicable fees unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed before any Product is delivered. We support payments via wallet balance and other methods as displayed during checkout.

Dynamic pricing means Product prices may change at any time. The price at the time you confirm your order is the price you will be charged.

You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account. Chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension.

The GameVault Wallet is a prepaid balance system that allows you to fund your account for faster purchases.

Wallet funds are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be withdrawn as cash unless required by applicable law.

Deposits to your wallet are processed through secure payment channels. All deposits are final once confirmed.

We reserve the right to freeze wallet balances if we detect suspicious activity, fraud, or Terms violations pending investigation.

Reseller wallets are subject to additional terms based on tier level and may have different deposit limits.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the system will automatically process and deliver the Product to the specified game account.

It is your responsibility to provide the correct game User ID and server information. Orders delivered to incorrect accounts due to user error are not eligible for refunds.

Order processing is typically instant but may take up to 15 minutes during peak periods or if manual verification is required.

You can track the status of your orders through the order history section of your account dashboard.

Due to the instant digital nature of our Products, refunds are generally not available once delivery has been confirmed.

Refunds may be considered in cases where: the Product was not delivered due to a system error, you were charged incorrectly, or the Product delivered does not match your order.

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited: using automated bots or scripts to access the Service, attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities, reselling Products outside of the authorized reseller program, creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes, engaging in any form of money laundering or fraud.

Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the platform or its systems is strictly prohibited.

Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users or GameVault staff will result in immediate account termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

GameVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

We are not responsible for any losses due to game publisher policy changes, server downtimes, or third-party service disruptions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or platform announcements.

Your continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
